anyone ever see the tv show weapon masters they made a device that throws spears called an atlatl at the end of the show they attached some tips to the spears that were made for spear guns that on impact compressed and fired a pistol round that was inserted inot them.... anyway here is my question first what exactly are these tips second how are they legal or are they legal?

lmao yep i found those tips at a spear gun/scuba shop in florida they are called bang sticks or powerheads they cost about 250 dollars wow pricey stillwonder how they are legal though. i personally won't but any but they were interesting enough to do some research on to pass some time on a boring sunday with no local gun shows to go to and fiance at work

aren't bang sticks only legally used to protect spear fishers from sharks if the shark starts to attack?
