RW Hart RUGER Hawkeye
Up for sale is a semi-custom rifle I had RW Hart assemble for me. It started as a new hawkeye stainless/plastic .30-06. Hart glass bedded the action in a black Hogue overmolded rubber stock, lapped the factory barrel and bolt lugs, installed/adjusted a Timney trigger, installed/lapped Leupold low Ruger rings. The rings (leupold not factory) and factory take off trigger are included in sale. This rifle shoots .75 MOA with 150 gr. winchester ballistic silvertip factory ammo. Never bothered to try another load. 16 shots fired through rifle. 1 range trip and two dead deer :-) Also included are 24 rounds of ammo.
my investment:
ruger hawkeye $600
Hogue stock $150
Timney $125
Leupold rings $60
Gunsmithing $400
Total $1,335
selling FTF for $900 obo. I can be emailed with any additional questions at stevenson.brian@yahoo.comLast edited by slimatsea; January 16th, 2009 at 04:45 AM.
