    shot one of these yesterday. A friend at the range had one, then let me shoot his 357 Magnum 4" revolver.

    I need to stay away from the range when he's there. Too many cool toys.

    Every time I think I am going to take a break from buying guns I see just one more that I need!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They may be basically the same gun.....but they differ in the "COOL" factor!!!!
    The Derringer wins hands down in the "COOL" factor in my book!!!!!!

    Yeah, you gots to be the coolest, Glocker ! I thought you was talkin' about the basic function, since it shoots the same ammo. The rock River definitely wins the "cool" portion of the pageant for looks, and carry ability !

    A few years ago I looked at the Snake Slayer at Frederick's Gun Shop in Woodbury.

    On the way back to the office I called the factory and spoke to a gentleman named Charlie.

    Charlie's answers to my questions were so impressive I turned around and went back to Frederick's. Bought the Snake Slayer and love it!

    I have the 45/410 barrel, a .40 barrel and a .357 Max barrel along with display case. I also purchased 3 holsters from Bond Arms. That should give you an idea of how much I like this little pistol.
