Vintage stereo equipment
A few years ago I got into this hobby and love it, the old school Stereo gear is killer and will knock your sox off. I just have too much and neet to buy moar guns so I need to let some go.
1st up
YAMAHA MX-800 U power amp.
200 watts program power continuous, around 550 peak total (RMS)
It will blow your doors down and scare your neighbors with the right speakers. Ive honestly had pictures shake and go crooked up stairs from where my listening room was and it still sounded clear and crisp at this volume level, no clipping or distortion. Total harmonic distortion is .003 at 80W.
It will thump you in the chest like your at a club!
I would like $400, but trades are welcome as well as partials and negotiations.
Next is a DENON DPL-62 TT
This thing is beautiful and sounds incredible. It has a $300 cartridge on it that isn't even broke in. It is still considered the best Direct drive TT ever made owing to its heft and 5Lb platter weight, sounds better than many belt drive TT's on the market today.
I would like $500 for this, same deal as above as far as trades go.
Pics coming tomorrow, these are beautiful pieces.
