I say the 22nd to give us more time to prepare, and, to decide where the heck we are going to go.

Either Claires or Marzonnis works for me. Heck anyplace works for me.

Of these two choices.....

Clairs is lower class. Great food, large portions. Small town bar mentallity. Shouldn't have to much trouble getting a table. Not hard to find. But it is out in the middle of nowhereville.

Marzonnis is upper class (compared to Claires). Brewery. Better beers in my opinion. Food is OK. May want to make a reservation. It can get crowded. Easy to find.

Any other suggestions out there.

Inlows Footlong Hotdogs??? See who can order one of each kind and eat them all. They make some wild hotdogs. (Course there isn't any beer)

Keystone Truckstop on Rt.22. Food is fantastic. Again. No beer.

Pizza hut in Duncansville. They have beer.

Uno's in Altoona

What about the BBQ Rib place down past Wal-Mart? Never ate there before.

Marzonis is good with me. I don't know if the same folks own Claires that did 15 years ago but if they do I won't be welcome. One of the reasons I sold the Harley and quit drinking almost all together.

PJ's in Cresson right on rt53.Nice place good food and shuoldn't be crowded during the week.Iron Horse in Galitzen about the same but tougher to find.
