PGCA Gun show-Jan 17-18 Greensburg,PA

As usual,you don't see this show advertised much on this forum or in the local newspapers.
It's scheduled for Jan 17th and 18th at the Event Center,behind Westmoreland Mall,on Rt. 30 just east of Greensburg.
Probably 450 - 500 tables.Last years January show had 550 tables.
Opens at 8 AM Saturday.
Admission has been $6.00 at the 2008 shows.
There is a large parking lot but if there's a big crowd you may have to park 150 yards away in the rear of the Mall parking area.
This is usually a pretty good show with a large variety of items.The November show had a large distributor from downeast selling primers for prices that were lower than a licensed dealer could buy them for.
Based on my experience,any individual bringing a firearm to sell or trade would be advised to start in the rear rows if they want to get a decent appraisal.

I might try to get there early on saturday since there was a lady with a table full of pmags last show and they werent priced psychotically.


Then again I could just order from AIM and save myself the trouble.

Yes,she was sold out of some items by 10:00 AM Sunday.Her prices were really good.
The primer prices were very good,also.$22 - $27 a brick,depending on the brand and size.The local Gander Mtn. charges $35 a brick for Federal small rifle.
Many people are expecting hi-capacity magazines,etc.will be affected by the new Congress and president.
Ammo went like hotcakes and the guy in the back row selling GI ammo cans also sold out.He must have sold a couple pick-up loads.

Yea, Greensburg is right around the block from me.............NOT! There needs to be more events closer to Stroudsburg.

Some regular vendors may not be set-up there as the annual "SHOT SHOW" ( a Dealer/Vendor's only trade show ) is this same weekend down in Florida.

If the lady with the PMags you are refering to, is with "Dennis Todd", the machine gun dealer, they will be at the SHOT Show.
