Default PAFOA Launches Pennsylvania Firearm Caselaw & Statute Reference Library

We're proud to announce a new PAFOA website dedicated to providing a stable resource for Pennsylvania Firearm Statutes (specifically the Pennsylvania Uniform Firearms Act.) We hope our members find this useful for referencing and linking to commonly cited statutes and caselaw.

    No 505, 506, or 507 (use of force) or 912/913 (school/court carry)?

It's not just the UFA, there's more that is not highlighted on the homepag:

    http://reference.pafoa.org/statutes/...on-from-abuse/
    http://reference.pafoa.org/statutes/...justification/
    http://reference.pafoa.org/statutes/...nsive-weapons/
    http://reference.pafoa.org/statutes/...hool-property/
    http://reference.pafoa.org/statutes/...ourt-facility/

I need to categorize and highlight certain other groups of statutes on the main statute page.

The system is just a custom-written slimmed-down wiki really.

    Nice.

Aside from this thread/links, it can be found via the pafoa.org home page.
(It's great to see the home page "growth" - Thanks Dan!)

Look for "PAFOA Reference Library" in the "RESOURCES" column.
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Thanks, I'll look into getting these added today (I put more time into the statutes than the caselaw which is pretty obvious when looking at the site)

So how does one find these additional statutes if they can't be browsed to from either "Home" or "Statutes"....just by the search?

I added links to the unlinked statutes/topics Greg previously mentioned to the statutes page (Deadly Force, Carrying in Courts/Schools, etc)

Will work on caselaw at some point.

I guess the navigation is not as intuitive as I thought.

On the right hand side, the right arrow shows which page you are currently on, the up arrow links to the parent page, and if a page has sub-pages they are below the current page.
