I've been in the market for a carry pistol for the last year, but haven't yet found the right pistol for me. It would be quite helpful to find a gun shop with its own range and sufficient stock to "try before you buy." I have permits in New York and Pennsylvania but am reasonably sure that there aren't any such shops in New York, at least nothing within a reasonable distance from Endicott. I've seen such shops near military bases like Fort Bragg, but thats a bit far. Any referrals within 2 or 3 hours of Endicott, NY would be appreciated.
