M&P 15 ...Range Report..Out of Box

- Rifle: M&P 15
- Sights: Detachable Carry Handle -Open sights
- Ammo: 223A Fiocchi (25) rounds 55gr.
- Ammo: 223 Wolf (4) shots 55gr
- Weather: 30 degrees
- Yards: 12 yard shots
- Position shot: Kneeled down on one knee resting rifle on my shooting bag n top of folding chair (Mickey mouse style). Somewhat bench rested.
- Rate of Fire: 5 sec. between shots

Now this is just 12 yards and I was itching to get out and see how the S&W performs. I must say close quarters it did very well. I have some LE targets set for 25yd-50yds that I will try out this weekend.

Note: I also had some Wolf ammo left around that I shot last. I got all 4 under a 1/2 group. Very surprised for cheap lacquer ammo.

Yep, One is a DE and the other is Jericho. Both are in 9mm. I will have the 40cal next week. It's a DE II with rail.

Nice shooting.

Just to clarify.......unless you had some laying around, Wolf hasn't made lacquer coated .223 ammo in a long time. They switched to a polymer coating. Its not match grade ammo but it shoots well in my Bushmaster.
