Plaxico Buress article from 12-24
http://www.nationalpost.com/sports/s...tml?id=1112407
It seems to me that this is the first article that mentions both the charges filed against plaxico. Anyhow, we all knew he was not the sharpest tool in the shed. Not surprising he had more guns at home."No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms."

He pleaded not guilty after being charged with second-degree criminal possession of a weapon -- a Glock semiautomatic pistol -- and third-degree possession for carrying the ammunition clip.
Both are Class C felonies, for which Burress could be sentenced to a mandatory minimum of 3 1/2 years in jail if convicted. He was placed on the inactive list by the Giants and will not play the rest of the season.
its a class C felony to have an "ammunition clip"?
shit I wonder what you would get if you had a loaded mag!The first vehicles normally on the scene of a crime are ambulances and police cruisers. If you are armed you have a chance to decide who gets transported in which vehicle, if you are not armed then that decision is made for you.
Be prepared, because someone else already is and no one knows their intent except them.

Yeah I thought it was possession of the concealed weapon without a permit and discharging a weapon in the city before reading this posting anyhow.
