Nice, the big three. Which do you like best, and why?

I really like all three of them. They handle and shoot well, and lets not forget that they also have high cap. magazines.

The XD has the better grip, its very comfortable. My hand seems to be molded for the grip. Very little recoil, even for a 9mm. I just picked this up after Christmas. I had it out once, due to the ungodly amount of snow we have been getting.

The Glock is easy to accessorize. There are so many after market parts and even factory parts, that fact alone makes it an attractive pistol. Great shooter at 50'. The more accurate of the three, keeping in mind I only shot the XD once. The grip is better with the addition of the molded grip. Something I have to add to the M&P.

The M&P is another good shooter, that seems to improve the more I use it. It doesn't appear to be fickle with any of the ammo I use.

Is that a 3rd gen G17? If so, why is there a slip on grip? Doesn't it already have finger grooves?

It is a 3rd gen. I prefer the slip on grip, I have a better grip with it.

Thumbs up Re: Members of the compound .. and growing

That 45' is a great shooter, and the was right out of the box. After 700 rd's I haven't had on jam. Magnum Research sure know how to build a solid, reliable pistol. I would definitely consider the BE in 9mm for my next purchase!

x2 on out of the box. I shot mine as well and never had to resite them. No jams either. I'm going on my 3 one then a poly.

You have nice collection going. Do you have a group shot?

I used to have one in 40 cal that shot great, never jammed. I have one question, does your gun shoot high? Are the sights set up this way on purpose? My rear sight was really high compared to the front and always hit high. I even ordered a replacement sight and it was the same. I always wondered what the reason was for that. Wound up selling it for that reason.

I traded in the XD, just wasn't working for me and picked up the Glock 19. I shoot very well with it. Love It!
