Congrats on the buy. I have one very similiar and I too love it. It is a bit of a pain in the neck to break completely down though. My cleaning usually consists of only a bore snake and a drop of oil into the internals. When/if the gun stops working Ill take it all the way down again. Enjoy it, B

Congratulations, that's a fine choice for a first handgun. Easy to shoot, cheap ammo so you can practice often. Takedown is a pain in the butt, but if you follow the procedure exactly, it's not so bad.

Nice. It gets easier to put back together the more you do it. There is also a kit that you can get that is supposed to make cleaning a breeze. I don;t have the kit yet. Someone here has one and recommends it.
