It's not that it is a 96... it's that it is a 96D that is stamped with the PA Fish and boat commission patch and has conservation officer along the side. Thus increasing the value to that of a collector. Hell I would LOVE to own on of those but alas I'm refraining from buying for a while.

The way the Game commission works I wouldn't doubt if it was converted to single shot or something like that... Would make a neat pair but I really don't care for the PGC and most of their WCO's.

Label me dumb but where is the friggin hammer on that? I know my 92 has one! Does the 96 just not have an exposed hammer?
