help identifying age of s&w k-frame
hey guys I just got a new (to me) smith and wesson k-frame revolver model 19-3. 6" barrell, blued finish. It was given to me by my grandfather. Pics will come eventually but my wife left the camera at school. the serial number is 7K6-XXXX. thanks alot guys

Roughly 1975 production. I like my 19-5.....nice shooter with a great trigger.

yea I just got some trigger time with it (snap caps) and the trigger is much nicer than my colt detective special. i can't wait to shoot the real deal!
