about registering handguns in PA
I need to know if I can request and obtain a list of the handguns that are registered to me. I'd like to know if what the State has on file is what is in my gun safe.

Re: about registering handguns in PA
There is NO "registration" of firearms in Pa.
See here:
http://forum.pafoa.org/question-answ...nsfers-pa.html
The database of (some) handgun transfers that the PSP keeps does NOT prove or otherwise indicate ownership per the Supreme Court of Pa._________________________________________

Re: about registering handguns in PA
Fixed that statement.
When PSP command n control structure is asked to demonstrate cases that were solved with the 50 year old plus PSP non-database, firearm registration database they refuse to prove it usefulness in solving crime or returning stolen firearms to their rightful owners when recovered.
When we tried to give PSP the power to keep and maintain a complete Lost and Stolen firearm database, (in HB 1845) the PSP don’t want nothing to do with that database, seems like they just want a list of gun owners and their firearms.
