WHERE ARE ALL THE XD 45 COMPACTS IN YORK PA?

I searched high and low trying to purchase a xd 45 compact today and every shop i called or went to said they are out and said they cant give an exact date on when they will have more...It could be a few weeks they say...does anyone know why this is?

Interesting. I was looking for the XD45 Tactical, 5" barrel a couple weeks ago, and all I could find were the compacts!

Have you tried Freedom Armory or Stoneybrook?

Wait, what size is the 'compact'? Stoneybrook had a used one pretty cheap 2 weeks ago. They are really close to me and I could check if it is a drive for you.

stoneybrook is the store i shop at always..its less then 10 minutes from me..

Seems like a nice place. I picked up my Stag there. It's nice having someplace you trust so close to home. It's about 3 miles from me.

Where did you end up finding your XD? Just curious.

jim hakes has a 5" on the shelf. i think they have one in 9mm as well and they have one with a stainless slide but not sure what it is chambered in...

All the XD's are sold. They were purchased by Glock Owners who wanted to move up.

i found it at stoneybrooks...but now pics is researching me for some reason...i just bought a gun from there 2 months ago and everything was fine so i dont know what pics problem is..stoneybrook is holding it for me till the problem works its self out..but its not the compact xd its the standard 4 inch one..

By the way, thank you for your service. My boy is still in, stationed at MCAS Beaufort. He and his wife will be here for Christmas week.

I'm sure we'll find some time to punch a few holes in some paper, and I'm looking forward to some USMC marksmanship training!!

I'm in Montco and have been frequenting a store in Bucks as well as my local. Both as well as a few I called in surrounding areas are completely sold out of the XD compacts and more sothe Sub Com which is what I wanted. Except I wanted 9mm.

They all say the same thing, that they get what they get from the distributor when they get it. They're on order but no one knows when they will come in again.

Seems, these were in such high demand, once they were out the ate em up.

There's that "millionaire" character who bought hundreds of these and offers them with a Fronsite courase for free. https://www.frontsight.com/free-gun.asp I've heard various things about that guythough that are questionable.

Still waiting to find one though and for the right price. When I did see one it was at my local but it was much higher priced than my usual shop a little farther up.
