C & R FFL Application -where?

I just spent 20 minutes on the ATF website looking for the damn C & R FFL application and being a typical government site I'll be damned if I can find it. Anyone have a link to it?

I could have sworn it was online, at least a few months ago... I recall reading through it, as I was entertaining the idea of getting one.

Or I could be making that up.

The BATFE recently stopped posting FFL applications, including the C&R application, on their site because of "legal reasons and the requirement of fingerprint cards and photographs."

You now have to request such forms here: ATF Distribution Center (http://www.atf.gov/dcof/index.htm)

I don't believe the C&R application itself has changed nor do they require fingerprints or photographs for the it either. So, you should still be good to go with the downloaded form. Knowing the BATFE, though, they might have a hissyfit over it eventually.

I just recently (couple months ago) received my C&R. I could not view the application online. I requested a form be sent to my house. It arrived, no fingerprints nor photos required.

How long did it take you to get your forms after you ordered them online? It's been well over 45 days since I placed my form order and I'm still waiting.
