Default LIMIT on rounds in shotgun??

Is there a limit on the number of rounds that are legally aloud in a SD/HD shotgun?? not while hunting or anything, but when the gun is sitting at home.

No, there is no limit on the number of rounds...however, some shotguns use external detachable magazines. Some of them holding 25 or more rounds. Is it possible that those magazines will be banned? Possibly yes. I think a good number is between 6 and 9 plus one in the tube. Just my opinion!!!

I have no idea what your saying? Are you saying that since normal capacity detachable magazines *might* be banned at some point one should not use them?

    Please clarify...

The only round limit pertains to hunting. State law 2+1 for most but not all game(deer). And Federal law on all migratory birds to 2+1.

What I"m saying is in HR 1022, a detachable magazine that holds more than ten (10) rounds would be banned, just like the 1994 AWB. Thats it. Its possible that a magazine that holds numerous rounds, like say, 25, might be, might possibly be banned. Not saying they are now nor am I saying they "WILL be" in the future, just saying possibly. In fact, should not have even referenced that...

they stopped manufacture because nobody could make one work dependably.

unlike other Knoxx products, the Sidewinder was CRAP.
