Default Gunsmith for work on old Colt Official Police 38, in Montgomery or Bucks?

I have had my grandfather in-law's old duty revolver, a Colt Official Police 38 manufactured in the 1940's, for awhile. Long ago my father in-law had the firing pin removed so he could display it and not worry about the kids (my wife and her siblings). Of course the pin was lost to time. I am trying to remedy this and get it range ready.

One would think the mid-century ubiquity of such revolvers would make this a relatively trivial undertaking but it turns out that parts are hard to find and quality information and pictures specific to this model even harder.

I purchased what was supposed to be a new manufactured firing pin and rivet but something is clearly wrong and it doesn't seem to fit properly. So I am looking for a gunsmith in the Montgomery (preferred) or Bucks area that is qualified and willing to lend a hand in either using my parts (assuming they are correct) and installing/fitting them to the revolver or acquiring the correct parts and installing them. Seems hard to find gunsmiths that know how to work on guns other than basic modern ones.

Any suggestions? Originally I thought my best bet was Poppert's in Montgomery county since they supply parts for older firearms, but I have read that they don't actually do any gunsmithing work (just supply parts).

CDI in Chalfont might, if he's still doing it. He's a member here.
