Yes, My son and I want to start flipping houses, or should I say I want to help him, he has already done a few.
Instead of borrowing money from investors, I'd rather put my own money up so we can save on the interest rate,
which is around 8-12%
It's time to let the younger generation lead the way (in my circumstance).

Im in delco. Rual ruger contacted me and was mentioning an auction house. I sent an email to one around me.
I know dealers only give you half the value, I'm looking for more, and I'm fair, but not a pushover.

You don't have to sell it to them, you can do consignment. Or they will sell everything on GB and take 18%. Everything they've sold for me has gone for way more than I could have gotten selling privately or through an auction house. Not saying you can't do better elsewhere, just know how I've done using them over the past few years. And being in Delco doesn't matter. They've been advertising their traveling service lately. They will come to you. Auction houses to me are for people looking to clear out an estate and expecting to get whatever they can for it. Like a widow getting rid of her husband's gun collection, not really knowing or wanting to deal with the hassle or the paperwork.

I'm a bit north of you, in the civilized world. My FFL will list everything on GB for you, take care of shipping, take 10% off the top, and mail you a check. I've used him before, he emailed me the ad, 3 weeks he emailed me it sold, check in the mail. I can send you his info if you want.
