Default 9th Circuit Judge Issues Video Dissent with firearms

This past week the 9th circuit court of appeals upheld California’s ban on “high capacity” (10+) magazines.

9th Circuit judge issues his dissent via video, handling firearms. His argument is that by categorizing magazines as “accessories” not protected by 2A, the ruling opens a Pandora’s box by which many parts of a semiautomatic mechanism could be banned thereby effectively banning semiautomatic firearms

His argument is one based on the slippery slope theory, however it somewhat falls short of arguing the actual factor at the root of the case, which is the number of rounds rather than a magazine’s critical rollin making the firearm functional

    An interesting watch, nonetheless

Don't you know that the prevailing firearms at the time of the Founding Documents had no magazines?
Inserting one round directly into the chamber must therefore be sufficient for self-defense.

    Solution -
I don't know of any laws limiting the number of carried firearms.

New Jersey Carry Permit only allows up to 2. Yeah, I know it's New Jersey, but there you go.....

Pols, justices and celebs best be cautious in their words and actions lest those less tolerant(ie - US) decide to make amends..................................these people have no fear of consequences - make them fear again..........................
