RICHLANDTOWN BOROUGH, PA — A 32-year-old Bucks County man, reportedly upset over a late food delivery, is facing numerous felony charges including attempted criminal homicide after police say he shot at a DoorDash driver in Richlandtown Borough on Saturday.

The Pennsylvania State Police on Monday charged Kielan Marshal McKeever with one count of attempted criminal homicide, one count of aggravated assault (attempt to cause bodily injury with a deadly weapon), aggravated assault (attempt to cause serious bodily injury with extreme indifference), possession of a weapon, recklessly endangering another person, simple assault and disorderly conduct.

Shortly before 10 p.m. on Saturday, Troopers were called to the 100 block of Cherry Street in Richlandtown Borough for the report of a disturbance in the area. Upon arrival, police determined that gunfire shattered the rear window of a Honda Civic on Cherry Street.

The vehicle's driver, a 19-year-old DoorDash food delivery driver from Quakertown, was not injured in the incident.

According to a report in the Bucks County Courier Times, McKeever was upset over delivery time and began yelling at the driver. McKeever also told police he had heard what sounded like a "backfire" as the car was pulling away.

Police later obtained a search warrant of McKeever's house where they found three firearms, including one with a cartridge consistent with the debris found at the scene. It was also missing a bullet, the newspaper reported.

McKeever was arraigned on Monday before Judge Regina Armitage who set bail for McKeever at $200,000, 10 percent. He faces a preliminary hearing on April 3.

Consider yourself lucky. How can you eat Dominos after making your own pizzas.
Sticks and stones will break my bones but hollow points expand on impact.
