Default Erie City Council is considering violating Pennsylvania's Uniform Firearms Act

Erie would be the fourth municipality in the state to pass a ghost gun ordinance, following Philadelphia, in 2021: York, in May; and Reading, in August.

This goes far beyond the gun issue for me, Erie has been in steady decline across the board from voting democrat for decades and has learned nothing. I actively encourage my kids to go make a better life somewhere else.

Can*t get past the paywall. But the summary is:

Erie City Council is considering an ordinance that would prohibit ghost guns * homemade firearms that lack serial numbers and are unregistered and untraceable and can be purchased without a background check. Criminal use of ghost guns has proliferated nationwide

The pay wall is new. Must be because it got enough traffic for the failing newspaper/site to warrant us paying for information.

Wasn't it the gun control act in 1968 that required serial numbers after that time that democrats conveniently forget or never knew in the first place?

Stories like this remind me that I don't have any 80% lowers that haven't been finished. Guess it's time to add a couple to cart and check out.

If they are foolish enough to try and pass this ordinance I would be willing to be that Joshua Prince will be happy to take them to task and give them another beating in the court system
We the people love our country so let the government fear us.

A few years ago I bought a 10 pack with the fixed trigger guard for 350.00 shipped. Should have bought 5.

Me too! Sadly I don't have any left. They all became firearms and are sitting in the armory.

I gave a couple away, I still have about 7 left. They are individually packaged in cardboard and plastic.
I like building them (installing the guts). We have 4 more years, I think we'll see that deal again.
