I remember the first time I encountered a Daewoo in the wild was at a 3-gun match. A guy was running one on a rifle course and I didn't know what it was at first. Thought maybe it was a FAL or Cetme. I was running my RFB, so we exchanged "cool rifle, bro" and got to talking about the guns. I think it's cool that these are being brought back to the US market. I don't know if I'd buy one, simply because I don't want or need another rifle in 5.56, but I could be tempted. Especially for $1200. Considering what some other clone correct rifles go for, that's a bargain for a gun from the original manufacturer.

If the price is $1200 for a new K2, sign me up!

That was probably me. That was one of my favorites to use for 3 gun, and I've long held that its one of the best rifles on the market. Give it a picatinny rail, a 90 degree throw safety, a dust cover for the charging handle slot, and an mlok handguard and you'd have a tough time finding something better.

This is surely going to cost me, been wanting a wood stocked classic FAL for some time since I traded my Century R1A1 for the Garand, curious what the MSRP will be :

I've been trying to catch up on all the footage on Youtube. Looks like a few interesting things out there.

Getting tired of all the AI generated "coverage" the they keep shoving in my "suggested videos".
Even if I do a search for "SHOT Show 2025", most of the results are not real, live YouTubers.

I stick with TFB TV, TFB TV Showtime and Classic Firearms channels for coverage.

I would have expected them to focus on the mag fed version.

The design work mostly makes sense. No effing way would I pay that much money for a shotgun though.

This should make the people who don't like change very happy.
(but they will probably bitch and say that there are already several classic lever guns on the market - why do we need more? LOL)
