    Thanks

Try an aftermarket mag or borrow a known working mag. If the problem does not repeat, send those mags back to S&W.

Sounds more like something wrong with the gun, contact S&W and send it back for repair.

I've been running 4 factory mags with mine. I've been shooting standard and subsonic with it and so far no issues. Hopefully it's just the mags and S&W will make it right for you.

What ammo are you using? I heard that the AE can cause loading issues.

I use mostly Fiocchi. I've only fired about 50 rounds of AE 40gr. I didn't have any issues but the Fiocchi seems like it has better quality control. I did find a couple of the AE bullets loose in their case.
