    Negative. It was a Remington 77 Apache(made for K-Mart, nylon .22LR with 10rd box mag). Nor do I own guns 2-8,*, or 10-30's,**, 30's-80's.

    Dad bought it for me at the K-Mart in Hendersonville, NC.

    I do have the first gun I ever fired though, dad's Winchester 250 22rf lever gun.

    * = Norinco 1911A1, still have
    ** = somewhere in the 30's I bought dad a Davis/Phoenix 25ACP, which I inherited. I literally bought scores of Ring-of-Fire and other cheapo guns from pawnshops, flea markets, trunks, etc in early-mid 1990's. It is the only one I still have. In that mix from 10-80's are some good guns no longer owned. Gave away a bunch as gifts, traded/sold a bunch. I'm down to about 48 guns now, for now. Mostly looking at Bucket List Guns now.

    Yes, a Winchester Model 72 tube-fed bolt action that my late uncle gave me when I was 12. Up to then I used my late father's Stevens box magazine fed bolt action 22 rifle which I inherited when he passed along with the Western Field tube fed bolt action 22 he had as a kid in the 30s.

    Yup. Browning BPS 12 GA 28" in 1985.

    Next was my Ruger MKII stainless target, then a Marlin 336C. Still have them too. Marlin is coming along with me this year for deer rifle season.

    Yes. Glenfield 25 bolt action .22 rifle.

    My friends were getting the semi-auto mo, but back in the early '80's there was no semi-auto use allowed for hunting/trapping, so my I got that instead. The stock has some bumps, but as a teen I dragged that through many briars and rough spots while trapping.

    I didn't have "my own" guns as a kid. Dad bought me a S&W 586 shortly after I proposed to my wife. Still have it, won't sell it.

    Yes, a Remington 870 Wingmaster, 12 gauge, with the *corn cob* forearm. Bought by my dad for me in Lancaster in 1958 and I think I remember him saying it was for $75.00. It still rests in my closet and is in good condition except for a few scratches on the stock and some bluing is worn. Functions just like the day he bought it and never been to a gun smith. Took many pheasants, rabbits and squirrels.

    No, it's long gone. Bought a S&W Model 66 4" back in the fall of 1985 while stationed at Ft. Knox KY.
    Tomorrow's battle is won during today's practice.
