Whelp, it's a hit - lol. Neighbors (non libs) are all apologizing because they know they've been caught on our cameras taking selfie's with him and the UPS and FedEx drivers are all taking pics - lol. I won over the Mrs.

Take the left hand and heat the fingers with a propane torch at the knuckles slowly, you heat them enough to bend the fingers down, leave the middle one alone. works like a charm.
