First day out with concealed carry.
I carried my gun for the first time today. I was a little nervous about racking the slide and “going live”. The gun is a Walther PPK with a real safety so it seems safe. After a few hours I did not even remember I had it on. The one problem I have is concealing it since I tuck my shirt in and I don’t wear a coat. Today I just pulled out enough of my shirt to cover the IWB holster.
I just came across this holster and it looks like it would be perfect. The belt clip tilts out to tuck in the shirt to cover everything completely. Has anyone here purchased from this company? It’s not cheap and wanted feedback. Thanks.

Re: First day out with concealed carry.
I think you could get a better holster for less money - Try Blade tech or comp tek and look a the holsters with two anchor points.

Yup! I have a high noon. http://www.highnoonholsters.com/Prod...skin_tite.html. The company was great to deal with and fast shipping. Thumbs up for customer service.
However, I bought another holster to add to the dead holster drawer. Actually there was nothing wrong with it, just not my comfort and was really just too big for me.
My holster search continues.

First Welcome. Pretty soon you will enough holsters laying around you'll wonder where they came from. Don't worry too much about covering or you will develope the habit of keep tugging at your shirt tale to make sure the gun is covered. Have fun and keep carrying.

make sure you don't get one that has a single attachment point of the clip to the holster...I made that mistake and have yet to correct it, but the whole thing rotates all over the place and I fear will one day turn upside down and deposit the gun down a pant leg.

I have a crossbreed iwb supertuck, have been using it for a paltry week, but have to say it is quite comfortable.

Re: First day out with concealed carry.
I would say give the high noon holster a try. I carry a Kahr p9 under a tucked shirt in a similar high noon holster everyday to work. I've never felt the gun move or found that it was not where it should be. I climb in and out of scissor lifts, under tables, and between tight spaces all the time.

Re: First day out with concealed carry.
Also, make sure that the belt you have is a 1-1/2" or 2" to wear with the high noon holsters. If you wear one of those skinny lame-o dress belts, the holster will rotate because there is not enough belt for the clip to hold onto. A good belt makes all the difference no matter how your carry.
