I was thinking the same thing. Hell that's not even scratching the surface of the value of those 70 fireams.

Re: 70+ Guns stolen from Richland Shooters.
Broke in thru a rear window and did not set off the alarm ... at first.
So it has been reported in those exact words.
That leads one to think that in the progress of the heist the alarm did in fact go off.
Now the part I don't get is when they interviewed the owner he said he didn't know the store was broken into and robbed untill the next morning when he opened up the shop.
WTF?
Poor reporting or a careless act by overlooking and resetting the alarm when it did finally go off?
Reported also that the time of the hesit was around midnight. This would have been known if the alarm was reset. Please feel free to visit a forum that I moderate:

I could understand if the County were offering that megar reward for information. They're saving the tax payers money for a lawsuit they're gonna have to pay.

Richland Shooter's Supply, robbed
I just saw it on the local news. The thieves got away with all kinds of guns. It's a real shame.
I was only in the shop once as it's a bit of a drive for me. But I was impressed with the good selection of reloading supplies, and their LOW prices on gunsafes. Oh yeah, and the gentlemen that owns it (Jim, I think) seemed like a REAL good guy. I hope they catch the thieves, and I hope insurance takes care of everything.

Re: 70+ Guns stolen from Richland Shooters.
I noticed the same things... and have the same questions..
There is something that isn't right with the story, but that could be due to the reporting from the news crew, or the facts they are allowing to be released, etc...
But at "first blush", something isn't right...
No I'm not accusing anyone of any wrong doing, I can say I've never been in that shop, so I don't know the owner and am not accusing him of anything..
But there is something missing..
Just my suspicious opinion..

Re: 70+ Guns stolen from Richland Shooters.
I checked the article in the Lebanon Daily News and it says nothing about an alarm. Darn. It just says that they parked on a neighbor's property, when in and out through the back, and climbed over a chain-link fence. The owners are reporting that insurance should cover the loss (according to the article in the LDN). (of course that is not going to help the issue of where those guns are going to end up! )

But if they make guns harder for us to buy/own things like this won't happen. (Convey internet sarcasm here)
