Philly scooter driver t-boned; reacts by shooting randomly, hits 3 incl child

What an absolute POS. First off, he was illegally riding down the center turn lane. All the other traffic going the same direction in the proper lanes were stopped when he was hit by a left-turning vehicle. He goes sliding down the street, comes to rest momentarily stunned, then gets up, pulls a gun and starts randomly shooting in the direction of the vehicle that hit him. He manages to shoot three innocent people, including a young girl in the head.

This is the kind of shit that makes non-gun owners upset enough to want to end the madness, make guns illegal and just do massive gun confiscation like Australia. Of course, then only reckless scumbags like this subhuman would have guns...

Well, he didn't cause the accident and he was getting shot at, so... I'm mean yeah, obviously a city driver and was probably gonna take off for not being legal anyway, but doesn't in any way excuse the behavior of Dead Eye Dick.

These scooter drivers are becoming more and more of a danger. Walking on Broad street going to the dentist the other day i almost got clipped by 1 of these assholes driving on the sidewalk. The cops talk about stopping this stuff but i've seen dozens of people driving by police just sitting parked and they do nothing.

Under PA law, electric scooters, as well as push scooters the Amish use should not be upon the public roadways. If the police crack down, they'll do it against the Amish first. Because chances of them getting shot stopping an Amishman is relatively slim*.
