Got it. I had a long talk with the detective today at his office, he said basically I did good,
he's glad I am a honest firearm owner, and WILL NOT be arrested. He even took me through
a different way (police station)just to assure me I won't be arrested. I got my gun back minus two bullets,
I think the pone cop liked what I was carrying so he decided to take 2. (just a joke).
But I did have 9 in the mag/gun.
The other guy will be receiving citations for stupidity. All in all, 8 police cars showed up after ten minutes,
every one of them were very professional. I was very shocked how they handled it.

I love a good road rager story, and knowing you (through your posts) you probably handled it correctly. That said, I wish you'd hold off on posting the details until the event is well in the rear view window. Probably best off to wait at least until the traffic tickets issued to the rager have been settled. If you haven't done so already, get a pad and pen and write down everything you can remember about what happened.
Memories fade and it may come in handy if you need to appear as a witness at trial.

I wrote it down in my report, I should have taken a picture of it though. One good thing,
the detective said both stories are similar. Dashcam!!! I need one bad.

I love a good story as much as the next guy but you probably shouldn't post any details about this online.

The other guy may decide to sue you for emotional trauma and the last thing you want is him showing up in court saying "he was so proud of causing my PTSD he posted it online!"

And just because you didn't get a ticket at the scene doesn't mean some asshoke DA isn't reviewing the police report trying to decide if he is going to harass you over drawing the gun

Too late for all that, plus I'm not worried about it. If I were the illegal one, than yes. I'm one of those people that have nothing to hide.
if it comes down to a corrupt judicial system, I have back up plans. I'm always willing to take one for the team. I like to be vocal,
