Is anyone else gonna face up to frequenting the akfiles?

I call it the Wild, Wild West of the internet.

It's bigoted and anti-semitic but, chock full of firearms knowledge and humor.

Maybe...

I dunno about other gun forums, but the one thing I really appreciate about this one is the loose moderation.

I've been on some forums that are so heavily and ridiculously moderated that you can't even have a conversation. I've given up on them.

The only other forum I bother with is a Jeep forum, and I rarely go there anymore simply due to lack of need.

There is a lot of freedom here. HK Pro is pretty tight. If a thread on legal issues/opinions with regard to ATF/NFA comes up, it doesn't take much to get it shut down.

I got banned from the myfico forums for referring to the "govt stimulus" as "free money".

Apparently, that was an insensitive comment.

I think you should be banned from here for that comment.

Yes, just wondering if active members have seen any increase in traffic due to Meta censoring gun stuff. That is the reason I've come back after years of inactivity.

Other than here (where I'm not as active as I was prior to Jan 6 -- not sure why, actually) I hang out at 1911forum and 1911addicts because I like the gun, and the communities are not bad.

Others I really only go to when I want information about something I'm shooting or working on, CZ forum, Beretta, Glock, but once I get my info, I'm gone, I don't hang around them.

I use Facebook for mostly the gun groups and they*ve really cracked down on them, some get deleted, you post a pic Facebook takes it down. Nothing but a site run by anti 2nd amendment commies.

This is the best PA forum out there. I do visit 1911 and rimfire specific forums but this if the best all around site.
