group buy 124gr Federal HST

Hey I can't justify buying $530 for 1000 rounds of federal hst 124gr myself. Would anyone be interested in a group buy? I'm located in spring city pa. The deal is actually out of stock but I regularly see this ammo pop up for about 50/rd and it's very good self defense ammo. I was thinking 4 way split or something like that. Thanks!

I'd be down for 250 rounds, and I'm only 15 minutes from you, near Collegeville. Is it the regular or the +P? Both are excellent, I don't think the +P is needed, both expand and penetrate close to the same in the LuckyGunner lab tests.

I could be convinced to take 200-250 rounds as well, if +p. Normally opt for sig 124 jhp but not against HST if price is comparable ($30/50rd box on sig elite +p)

I can't understand why that ammo is so pricey. I find boxes of bullets at the gun shows for $25-$35/hundred and the rest of the components are the same as in FMJ rounds.
