I’ve said it before… the problem with these devices are the videos. The technical definitions are all true. The devices aren’t machine guns. But you won’t get a jury of your peers that understands guns and the technical details. You’ll get a jury that will look at that video and say “Yup. Machine gun.”

I didn't think the guy who designed the part sold them and he just gave out 3d print files for free? Was he busted for posting the plans online?

No way am I watching that long video to find out. Assuming he even knows.

No it wasnt hoffman that got busted it was a company that was making them out of metal and selling them.

They dont like any trigger that acts with a the bolt trip, and are probably relying on the "readily convertable" aspect to ban them
