    Martial law.

    Increase police and military presence to subdue the locals.

    Just seeing how far they can push people before they wont' take it anymore. Pretty soon it'll be stop and frisk at your local grocery store and profiling will be a factor. For white men who look like they may be patriotic.

    I took a bus ride to NYC about 8 years ago with some friends for a day trip and there were NG soldiers in the station. I think it was Penn Station.

    Loading the subways with NG just pushes the crime somewhere else. So now you get mugged and raped on your way to the subway instead of in the subway.
