    .....its not doing anything but inconveniencing people trying to get back and forth to work or wherever they have to go.The guy that pushed a woman in front of a train wasn't carrying a bag and nor are the people who piss and shit on the platforms or those who rob unsuspecting passengers!.....and the NG should be used to help patrol the borders,protecting the nation against foreign trespassers.

    There's a major difference between using the National Guard to block unlawful entry by non-citizens vs. using the same troops to unlawfully search citizens. Quite frankly, I don't see how this doesn't violate Posse Comitatus.
