PA LTCF

I used to live in PA. I moved about a year and a half ago to WI. My LTCF does not expire until 2011. I am considering moving back to PA by the end of next year. I my LTCF still going to be valid or do I have to reapply?

I'd say still valid till expiration.....then renew in whichever county of PA you will be residing in.
