Well I'm not sure yet. I just got done taking it all apart to see what would be all involved and it don't look like it would be to hard to do.

But I'm also thinking about the stock ace makes with the built in pistol grip

Its not hard to do, even I managed to do it

You need to convert it its fun to shoot in that form, but its a whole different level of bliss with that naughty pistol grip

+1 on the pistol grip conversion. The Saiga-12 is already a hideously evil gun, but restoring it to it's original glory makes it all that more sinister.
