Out of state private handgun sale??

Some still will, it's not a universal thing. But it is getting harder to do. The ATF has made life so difficult for FFLs they tell me it's just easier keeping all state-to-state transfers between FFLs. The ATF just constantly plays gotcha games with them.

I sold one recently, and just went to an FFL to ship it out for me. Prices got so high at FedEx it's just worth the brain damage to me to even attempt it, and now I guess they don't accept from non-FFLs?? Anyway, I just let a dealer handle these for me.

If I sell a gun out of state I use my ffl to ship for the simple fact that they can ship it a lot cheaper than I can, especially handguns.
