Called it! They reference the Marlin 1894 for the accessories and furniture.

They changed the bolt style to like what the 336 uses.

The removable magazine (tube) is pretty interesting.

Although I doubt it will fit in your pocket, so not quite sure what you DO with it once you remove it.

No matter what I do, the forum randomly downsizes pics uploaded from my system, but also bitches that the exact same picture is too large when I try to link from a website. The picture you posted is the exact same picture on my PC (size and all) that I uploaded. They're there and visible to anyone who clicks. And sometimes they're the proper size after they get posted as thumbnails. I've given up trying to figure out why. It's well beyond my sense of wonder.

You empty it and put it back in the gun. It's meant for unloading without having to work the action. Maybe you could buy extras and have a fast reload? Would be useless with a suppressor in place because it would be blocked, however.

That's why I provided a link instead of shitty pics.

No. I guess I just don't see the usefulness. I just like that it's innovative.

I didn't even consider that you could just dump the rounds out.
That's not really a "removable magazine" the way I think of a magazine - it's just an easy way to dump rounds.
And if that's all it is, that's fine - I still think it's a cool feature.
