Default Midsized semi auto for optics

I'm considering a midsized pistol for range trips already have my carry guns and already have my cz sp01 tactile with cajun gun works fantastic trigger. With that said any recommendations for a midsized shooter that I might put an optic on?

What would be wrong with another CZ?

I picked up a Walther PDP, came with an optic. Fantastic shooter, very comfortable in hand. I also just picked up a Canik mete sft. Haven't been to the range with it yet, but plan on doing so soon. Can't go wrong with either.

Thinking about snagging an M17x variant tonight online… Do the usual Safariland x300 light holsters work the same? Just want the L2 ALS style with Q fork..
