Paramilitary training has been illegal in Pennsylvania at least since the 1980s. Did anyone here notice any problems with obtaining gun training?

    (1) Whoever teaches or demonstrates to any other person the use, application or making of any firearm, explosive or incendiary device or technique capable of causing injury or death to persons, knowing or having reason to know or intending that same will be unlawfully employed for use in, or in furtherance of, a civil disorder commits a misdemeanor of the first degree.

Note that paragraph d excludes the following...

"Excluded activities.--Nothing contained in this section shall make unlawful any activity of the Game Commission, Fish and Boat Commission, or any law enforcement agency, or any hunting club, rifle club, rifle range, pistol range, shooting range or other program or individual instruction intended to teach the safe handling or use of firearms, archery equipment or other weapons or techniques employed in connection with lawful sports or other lawful activities."

I would not put it past the DemocRATs to not add "paragraph d" language to their "ban"

Did anyone ever arrest any officer or leader of BLM or Antifa for violence?

    No?

    I didn't think so.

Just some nice fellas out for an afternoon walk, nothing to see here !

One day at one of their meetings they had an 'accidental discharge' that wounded three people....

"Three members of an armed militia were shot in an apparent accident at a protest calling for justice for Breonna Taylor in Louisville on Saturday afternoon.

The three people, all members of the NFAC, suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to the Louisville Metro Police Department. The shooter was also a member of the militia."

Hopefully this was a shotgun, and not a rifle with three shot burst capability.

Personally they don't bug me much.... they're assembling while armed. what of it?

Now if she had a rifle with three shot burst and did not have NFA paperwork, that's kind of unfair. I'd like to have one too.

Take the word 'Private' out of the bill. There are plenty of three letter government organizations that have no need for paramilitary training: the Dept. of Education, the IRS, even Amtrak and the Natl. Institute of Health have their fully armed tactical teams.
