Default Re: Colt style 9mm bolt options?

    QUESTION:

Why does the thread title say "COLT style" followed by "Will be running a Stern Glock mag adapter."???

I know nothing about that particular mag block adapter, but 9mms are either COLT pattern or GLOCK pattern.
Most all bolts these days are cut for BOTH, so it's pretty easy to pick one.
(And almost all of them are based on one of two designs - they just brand them with their own names - if they mark them at all)
I called to check my ZIP CODE!....DY-NO-MITE!!!

Don*t use common sense please. Apparently that mag block is more proprietary if only certain bolts work. Like I stated before and wasn*t being a dick, there*s one 9mm blowback bolt design, it*s either cut for Glock mags or it*s not. Some look fancier than others and some have a variance when manufactured. Maybe that company should specify or sell the bolt that works. They dam sure didn*t put it in their description, had to search for it.

I have 2 KAW Valley Precision 9mm bolts in 2 different uppers that run great. Says they are Glock & Colt compatible. I am using them with Endo Mag conversions though.

Angstadt, maybe. One to look into anyway. Routinely <$100 when on sale too

I'll just use a Stern bolt so I know it's going to work with their mag adapter. Anyone have a stern discount code?

Please answer the question. It's driving me nuts, because it makes no sense.

I*ll try for you, since all 9mm blowback AR*s use a Colt style bolt (cause they*re the OEM) most today are cut for use with either Colt or Glock mags, it*s still considered Colt style bolt.
