29 days huh? Not to shabby. Took about 3 weeks in York when I did it a couple years ago. I hear horror stories of guys who wait mionths and months and months. What the heck takes so long?????

My buddy just received his today from Allegheny Co. Turn around time was around 10 days (includes mailing to and from sheriff's office).

when i had first got mine in Pike County, it took 14 days.
Guns don't kill people, it's mostly the bullets.
