He doesn't sound nuts. I'd rather shoot someone before wearing one of those.

Carrying a Boy Scout knife on Philly streets is a summary offense with what appears to be a mandatory 6 months in jail. Not enforced much.

This mask ordinance is not a great law. They will exempt Muslims, who have already had MEN in FEMALE Muslim trashbaggas robbing stores, because nobody can question them about their garb without risking uppity Antifa & BLM riots.

They can't make it an add-on sentence for mask-wearing during armed robbery or rape, because Philly can only create summary offenses, and street thugs don't care about summaries if they're going to be raping & robbing & misdemeanoring & felonying.

So what's left is making it illegal to mask-up in certain places, so there's some theoretical risk that cops will stop them and ID them BEFORE they pull guns and get paid. As it stands now, you can mask-up and case the liquor store in complete safety.

Ski Masks, Other Full Face Coverings Banned In Philly Under New Law
The Philadelphia City Council voted 13-2 to prohibiting certain facial coverings from being worn in certain spaces.

PHILADELPHIA — A measure banning ski masks, balaclavas, and other full face coverings in Philadelphia has been approved by the City Council.

The council Thursday voted 13-2 to band certain facial coverings from being worn in certain spaces.

Proposed in June this year by Ninth District Councilman Anthony Phillips, the new legislation imposes a $250 fine on anyone who wears a full face covering in "school building, recreation center, daycare, park, City-owned building, or on any mode of public transportation, including, but not limited to, buses, trains, trolleys, and subways."

The banned masks are defined in the bill as "a close-fitting garment covering the whole head and face, with holes for the eyes, mouth, or nose, or any combination of the three."
