    I concur with stevewag.
IMR4895 is a good powder for this bullet.
Only difference is IMR recomends 49.5 as max on the 150 grainers, at 50,000psi.
    I load 49.0. Works great.
    A nice shooting, clean powder.

Im not a real big fan of the 4064 there so long it dont meter to well in my LNL press, I used it for .225 winchester a while back and I had to hand weigh every round.

I don't use the powders you listed but do shoot 150gr nosler ballistic tips with 57.5gr of 4350. This is downloaded by a grain and a half off max and pulls my groups in to about 1 1/4".

The deer don't know the difference between that and a full 59 grain load.

I never experimented too much with other powders as I was hitting deer very regularly with the powder I started with. works for me.

    later,

I would submit that IMR4895 is a classic 30-06 powder. I think it was once used by the military.

    My rifle likes R-15

I use 47.0gr of IMR-4895 with 150gr FMJ bullets for loads that I shoot out of my 1903A3 and M1 Garand. Very accurate.
