If you can afford to flush away 1,000+ rounds of that in one go, you're probably not so angry at society that you want to go shoot everyone in the first place. The whole setup would be pretty f'n heavy too. :x

I don't think there should be any laws but sometimes things get a little grey. If a private individual (non dealer) thinks they need $40,000 worth of Beowulf ammo ($2 X 20,000) I might have to briefly raise one eyebrow and wonder what is up with that. But that is all.

my friend doesn't have more then a couple hundred of the Beowulf. The rest he has divided up in the "popular" calibers. Sorry for misleading you.
