Does anybody know what they're considering as "bulk" ammo?

This is what drives me nuts with all the congress critters, on one hand they don't want you to have much ammo, on the other they say you must be trained and certified to even be able to own one. I'm betting that number they consider bulk is probably 101+ rounds.

I think that's a safe bet. As the man in the video said, we're talking about people that call 11-round mags "large capacity." Also, I've lost count of how many news stories I've seen where they portrayed someone with 300-400 rounds as someone that surely must be stockpiling ammo for a mass shooting.

As per the bill, 100 rounds of 50bmg or 1000 rounds of other in a 5 day period, is the limit.

I can't remember the last time someone committed a shooting with a high capacity 50bmg rifle.
