    This shows the clear difference between a 9mm's velocity and 5.56 out of an ar15's velocity that Sir Rittenhouse of Kenosha used to disarm his attacker. Even though the 5.56 projectile is much smaller than 9mm, it removed a 4" section of the attacker's bicep. I suspect if it had hit the bone, he would have lost his arm.
