Yep, he's got quite a story with baggage to go with it. He said the Doctor approved it with no questions just passed out card irresponsibly. He's a nice kid, he's listening to the advice and perspectives of us older guy's at work. He has quite an up hill battle on a bunch of different fronts but I'm rooting for him.

After using for quite a few years, I suspect that his cognitive functioning isn't running at 100%.

It's probably best for all that he wait for a while before attempting to make a purchase.

So purely for hypothetical amusement. What if you had a valid LTCF in Pennsylvania, and after watching one of Sleepy Joe's moving speeches you were inspired to drink the left wing koolaid. You decide you no longer want to have the ability to defend yourself and family, instead spend your years smoking dope on the couch. You would need to surrender your LTCF to the sheriff, then seek an amusement card?
